1. Acceptance
By accessing cti.travelminds.com, registering for a webinar, or purchasing a flagship report or subscription, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this site or our services.
2. About the service
Cornerstone Travel Index ("CTI") provides corporate travel intelligence, flagship research reports, and an ongoing data platform, operated by Travelminds. This prelaunch site describes the forthcoming offering and allows interested parties to purchase reports and register for webinars ahead of the June 1, 2026 platform launch.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. CTI reports and subscriptions are intended for business use.
4. Purchases and payment
- Payment is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe's terms as well as these Terms.
- All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Launch pricing advertised on this site is available only through the stated window.
- Each report purchase includes a complimentary 1-year CTI platform subscription, delivered at platform launch (June 1, 2026).
5. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the reports, all sales are generally final. If you believe a report is materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in the CTI reports — including text, data visualizations, analysis, methodology, branding, and code — is the property of Travelminds and its licensors. You may use the reports internally within your organization. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute the reports without written permission. Brief quotations with attribution to "Cornerstone Travel Index" are permitted for journalism, research, and executive commentary.
7. Data sources
CTI analysis is derived from confirmed corporate travel transaction records. We take care to present accurate, defensible findings, but data reflects the market as observed and should not be treated as investment, legal, or procurement advice. Decisions made based on CTI reports remain your responsibility.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute content without permission.
- Do not use the site or services for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not submit false or misleading information through our forms.
- Do not interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
9. Webinars
Webinar registration is free. We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel, or substitute speakers for any webinar. Recordings may be made available to attendees after the event.
10. Disclaimers
This site and the CTI reports are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content is current or complete. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travelminds and CTI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site or the reports. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report or subscription that gave rise to the claim.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts with jurisdiction.
